A private coastal retreat at dusk

Private travel, held in one thread

Tell us the journey. Not just the destination.

Tanya helps shape the brief, research supported live options, and carry your approved context to a human specialist when the work needs judgement and follow-through.

From conversation to accountable service

One context. Four visible moments.

  1. 01

    Tell Tanya what matters

Begin with the occasion, constraints, pace, preferences, or problem—not a maze of filters.

  2. 02

    See the brief take shape

Tanya can research supported live hotel options and keeps decisions and constraints together.

  3. 03

    Approve the handoff

You review the context before a durable request reaches the human concierge desk.

  4. 04

    Continue in one thread

Track the request, review a proposal, and return to the same service context.

The service boundary

AI speed. Human responsibility.

Tanya can organise context and use supported tools. A human remains responsible for bespoke fulfilment, and you remain in control of approvals and payments.

Tanya can

  • Structure your priorities and constraints
  • Research supported hotel options
  • Prepare a reviewable handoff brief
  • Help gather support context

A person confirms

  • Bespoke scope and deliverables
  • Availability, price, and service terms
  • Complex coordination and fulfilment
  • Changes, refunds, and exceptions

Proposal-led service

Pay only against a scope you can inspect.

Where a paid service applies, the exact currency, fee or deposit, deliverables, validity, and cancellation terms are presented before checkout. Unsupported currencies or services move to a human-managed proposal—not a pretend payment flow.

Concierge FAQ

Is Tanya a human concierge?

No. Tanya is the AI planning and support interface. Human specialists take ownership when judgement, coordination, or fulfilment is needed.

Does starting a conversation confirm a booking?

No. Availability, price, terms, payment, and confirmation remain explicit steps. Tanya does not claim a booking or service action without evidence.

What does bespoke pricing mean?

The service is scoped around the journey or request. Any deposit, fee, deliverable, currency, and cancellation terms are presented for review before payment.

Can I send a request directly?

Members can open the concierge workspace and create a trackable brief. New visitors can begin with Tanya without an account.

Journeys the desk shapes

Begin with a place. We handle the rest.

Open any of these with Tanya already briefed. When it needs a person, the same thread goes to the concierge desk.
